EI Power Berhad is a power engineering firm with approximately 16 years of experience in the power engineering market in Malaysia, specialising in engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) of power solutions. As at the LPD, the Group has an unbilled order book of RM99.89 million which will be recognized over the next two financial years, representing an order book to revenue ratio of 1.29x based on FYE2025 revenue.

Moving forward, the Group plans to set up a new headquarters cum warehouse in Selangor, expand its solutions and offerings, and establish an office in Thailand and a branch office cum warehouse in Johor.

EI Power Berhad is set to make its debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia under the Industrial Products and Services sector with an IPO price of RM0.48 and estimated market capitalisation of RM336.00 mil on 21 May 2026.
