As you may have already seen in the recently issued press release, IBFX Holdings, LLC has been acquired by TradeStation Group, Inc., a recognized leader in online trading and winner of Barron's 2011 "Best Online Broker" award. TradeStation is part of Monex Group, a leading Japanese online brokerage firm. The strength and stability that they can provide and TradeStation's technological leadership will benefit all IBFX customers.

Our domestic forex company, Interbank FX, LLC, is expected to become within the next 30 days, a division of TradeStation Forex, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TradeStation Group, Inc. You will receive a notice soon explaining this process. We believe this new structure benefits the customers of both IBFX and TradeStation.

You will naturally have some questions about how this announcement will affect you. We do not expect there will be any material changes to our products, services, management, spreads, fees, operations, systems or methods of doing business. In fact, we believe the acquisition will directly benefit every IBFX customer by combining our innovative approach to the FX industry with TradeStation's cutting-edge forex trading technology and support services. A: Your accounts and how you deal with IBFX will not change, though within the next 30 days TradeStation Forex, Inc. will become the counterparty to your forex trades. Your account numbers will remain the same.

A: This will not change. The IBFX teams that you currently rely on will continue to support you, and their phone numbers and email addresses will not change.

Q: Will my trading platform change?
A: No.

Q: Will there be any fee or pricing changes?
A: No.

Q: IBFX has a clear focus on providing technology and support for forex traders. Will this change?
A: IBFX's commitment to serious traders remains unchanged. Q: Will my accounts still be with IBFX or will they be with TradeStation?
