The goal of "Quality test, without risks!" Bonus Action (Action) is to provide everyone the opportunity of trading test in order to evaluate trading conditions via NordFX, without any risk for own funds. Action participant may test trading conditions and level of service in real market conditions provided by the Company, as well as make profitable withdraw anytime and bonus withdraw after trading session. The participation is available for the owners of just opened "Micro" and "Mini" accounts.
The main point of the Action is trading in real market conditions without any own funds deposit and if you choose deposit account with own funds, bonus can be lay out in order to compensate loss from trading.
Action terms and conditions
1. Action procedure for "Micro" Accounts
1.1 Open "Micro" trading account;
1.2 Send your request for participation to our customer support (specify your account number and phone password);
1.3 Receive 10 USD bonus to your deposit1;
1.4 Trade without restrictions;
1.5 Your bonus will be available for withdrawing when you have 20 closed positions2;
1.6 1000 "Micro" accounts will be involved into Action (984 currently);
1 You may also deposit your account additionally (non-obligatory);
2 You can withdraw your profit, own deposit (if you have) without restrictions.
2. Action procedure for "Mini" Accounts
2.1 Open "Mini" trading account;
2.2 Deposit your account on 75 USD minimum;
2.3 Send your request for participation to our customer support (specify your account number and phone password);
2.4 We deposit 25 USD bonus to your account;
2.5 Trade without restrictions;
2.6 Your bonus will be available for withdrawing when you have 20 closed positions1;
2.7 400 "Mini" accounts will be involved into Action! (392 currently);

3. Action regulations
3.1 The following terms and conditions (incl. regulations) are basic and form rules and restrictions for NordFX company (Company) clients (Client) participation in Action, as well as the procedure, duties and rights of parties (Client and Company).
3.2 Only a client, who has opened new "Micro" or "Mini" account, has the right to participate in bonus action. Client, already having NordFX account, can participate in Action for "Mini" accounts.
3.3 Company has the right to change, enter an amendment and stop Action or its separate parts any time without preliminary notification. Company has right to reject bonus extra fee or to annul received bonus without preliminary notification, if violation of following Terms and Conditions (incl. regulations) takes place.
3.4 Company solves any conflict or disputable situation which is not specified by present terms and conditions (incl. regulations) at it's own discretion, taking into consideration interests of all parties, directly or indirectly participating in conflict or disputable situation. Company decision is final and obligatory for execution for all parties.
3.5 The English version of present terms and conditions (incl. regulations) is prior to any other languages versions while solving possible conflicts or disputable situations.
3.6 There is only one bonus extra fee for one Client to one account type. Client has the right to change account type during the action, in this case bonus will be annulled.
3.7 Maximal withdrawals before Client have the right to withdraw bonus (see 1.5, 2.6 items) include:
- own deposit and profit from trading;
- own deposit and bonus (equal or less then loss ) in case of losses from trading.
Withdrawal more then profit from trading and own deposit (over minimal specified volume), means stop of account participation in Action and annul bonus. Further, this account can be used for trading on common conditions.
3.8 Sending request for participation (1.2, 2.3 items) means Client's confirmation of all Action terms and conditions, account's contract specifications and Client agreement.
4. Additional risks disclaimer
Action's aim is free of charge studying and testing of trading conditions and service provided by the Company. Company does not recommend long-term trading on accounts participating in Action using only bonus fund or minimal own deposit (for "Mini" accounts), because trading risks may significantly exceed acceptable level
