Ok, I have a report from technical department that the orders executed during the wrong price were fixed. Once again, FXOpen is sorry for the troubles happened.

what i see its only effect at micro account only right, coz i dont see any spike at standard account.
by the way its good to hear its already fixed.

The spike was on Micro and Standard accounts, most probably you have checked during the period when our technical department was fixing the problem (starting from standard accounts).

Pagi tadi terdapat spike pada pair yen seperti UJ dan GJ, Seperti sedia maklum sebelum ini, mereka yang untung ketika spike akan di ambil semula profit tersebut dan kepada mereka yg rugi ketika spike tersebut akan di re-fund. Ini untuk berlaku adil kepada belah kedua-dua pihak. Maka kepada mereka yg kena margin call di sebabkn spike ini, sila emailkan no akaun anda ke [email protected] dan nyatakan no akaun anda serta no transaksi.

if u lost n account get negative not becoz of spike,
normally can happen when gap happen.

u can email to [email protected] or [email protected]
to get back u account balance 0.00

or u can open new account to trade.. no need to paid
