aik... fxOpen ada negative balance ker?? Ni kira bahaya utk trader..kenapa fxOpen tak protect margin??? Negatif balance kalau diikutkan akan menyebabkan trader ada masalah sekiranya mempunyai akaun2 lain (dgn broker sama).... Effect tu nanti nak kuar duit...

account are negative will happen when u position close when candle make gap

the scenario like this.
Incase of the GAP happen order will be executed by the 1st tick price.

example
u buy price at 1.8033
u SL at 1.8012

price market now 1.8020 (sell price to close u buy position)
last candle close low at 1.8020 but price market open at new candle at 1.8000 (normally gap will happen on news time or when market open on early monday)

so we have gap there, u SL price not touch coz market price down n start at 1.8000 price.
so from the 1st tick u position will closed at 1.8000.
(At next best price as described in the documents agreed to on account opening)

*if u account balance negative after all trade closed u can ask our finance department to set back 0.00

amp, there are plenty of examples where FXOpen has corrected gaps and spikes in favour of the client and at the expense of the company. Don't you think your storm of negative publicity on forums everywhere affected the company's decision on how to deal with your particiular case?

Did you not stop to think that you may be shooting yourself in the foot by making negative attacks on the company before your problem could be fixed?

FXOpen is a very fair company, but the respect and fairness has to go both ways.

Facts:
1. FXopen after monthly wait not solved my problem.
2. FXopen closed my account without reasons and take my money.

I understand that you do not solve my problem and even did not be going to solve. You thought that I shall forget about my money. You mistaken.

Now I sure: anytime any FXopen's client can fall into situations like this.

You in course probably not. Decision made. The "offical" answer from FXOPEN is "your account closed permanently". I recieved it 21/01/08. Livechat(Jafar) says "decision made and we can not help you".

That's wat happen when you post negative post on each and every forum in the world...
Next time.. use ur brain before doing something.

Others are waiting patiently for a spike resolution without posting negative comments on all the forums. They will have their problems solved in their favour. You on the other hand can't expect a favourable decision to be made for you after all the nasty comments you have made. FXOpen are people with feelings too you know.

PENGUMUMAN

Salam Sejahtera.

Bersempena dengan Tahun Baru Cina, proses deposit/pengeluaran akan dihentikan sementara seperti berikut:

DEPOSIT BANK TEMPATAN

Deposit melalui Bank Tempatan akan dihentikan sementara mulai 7hb Februari, 2008(Khamis) dan akan disambung kembali pada 11hb Februari, 2008 (Isnin).

Dimaklumkan juga akan berlaku perubahan KADAR DEPOSIT. Hanya akan diketahui pada 11hb Februari, 2008

Oleh yang demikian, segala permohonan dalam tempoh tersebut dianggap TERBATAL.

PENGELUARAN BANK TEMPATAN

Pengeluaran melalui Bank Tempatan akan dihentikan sementara mulai 6hb Februari, 2008(Rabu) dan akan disambung kembali pada 11hb Februari, 2008 (Isnin).
