New payment processing company - for wire transfers.

In order to streamline our payment processing procedures, starting from December 17, 2009, we outsourced these to a separate entity, namely QUANTUM INNOVATIONS CORP. Ltd. By this, we plan to enhance efficiency and swiftness of our payment processing unit. ROYAL WINNER TRADING Ltd. company account, the one we used before, stays untouched, but it has been shifted on accounting with our brokers, taxation, etc, and all the operations with members we are doing now will be only via partner-company which is affiliated with HYTFund.
