HSBB Outbound Customer Service Executive
(Plaza Amcorp Mall)
Responsibilities:
Handling Outbound Call for Streamyx customer to update Streamyx High Speed
Broadband (HSBB) promotion and reward. (base on promotion campaign)
Ensure existing and prospective customers have a consistent and superior experience.
To prepare customers correspondences.
High commission
Training will be provided
Requirements:
Fresh graduates for Diploma and Degree in anyfield (Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply)
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
100 Full-Time and Contract position available.
Only applicable for Malaysian citizen ONLY.
Candidates must be able to work on ROTATING SHIFT
(9am-6pm @ 12pm-9pm)
(2 off days – Sunday & weekdays)
Work Location : Plaza Quadro Amcorp Mall PJ
BASIC SALARY : RM 1500.00 - RM 1800.00
(Base on work experience)
Shift allowance RM 55.00 Monthly
Performance Bonus RM 300.00 Monthly
Commission Incentives Applicable Upon Campaign
Additional Overtime Applicable Upon Approval
