Responsibilities: (Kuala Lumpur)

~ Work with the General Manager on the HR Policies and Procedures; to ensure that they meet the legal requirements and organisational objectives
~ Responsible for the recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits and industrial relations
~ To review and monitor progress against the HR action and objectives
~ To ensure that staff and budget resources are appropriately allocated and deployed
~ Responsible for records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations
~ Knowledge on HR Practices in other S.E.A countries will be added advantage.

Requirements:

~ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
~ Must have minimum 6 year(s) of working experience in the field is required for this position.
~ Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Human Resources (HR Generalist)
~ Well verse in Labour Laws
~ Travelling within the S.E.A will be required
~ HR Generalist from the hospitality or customer service industry such as the hotels / F&B, Banks or Retails are encouraged to apply.
