HR/Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities
• Handle the recruitment activities such as interview arrangement, reference check, campus and overseas recruitment, etc
• Update of employees’ records
• Administer employees’ leave record and benefits
• Provide administrative support to Human Resource Department in all HR function
• Perform other incidental clerical duties such as receiving and sorting mails, handle telephones enquiries, attend to walk-in vendors, visitors and customer, etc.
• Ad-hoc support as and when required
Requirements
• Certificate/Diploma in HRM / Business Management with 1 year HR/Admin experience
• Multi-tasking with positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
