Is it just me, or is it tough for DAOs to balance smart investments with keeping the whole process fair and community-led? Any thoughts?

has anyone here seen a DAO successfully adapt to market shifts in real time? Like changing investment approaches based on community sentiment or external signals? I feel like the slow voting process could hold things back, unless there's a smart way to speed it up without losing fairness. Anyone seen examples where that balance actually worked?
