That's a FACT that Perak's customs have not allowed anyone to buy archery equipments, specially 'BOW', to be imported into Ipoh. I had an experience last October 13, where by my compound bow was held up my POS Ipoh Besar's Customs house. Reasons given were it was a crossbow ( i know it's not logic word came out of the officers at custom Ipoh)and bows are meant for hunting. And that's not all, even the Balai Polis opposites the POS Ipoh asked me to get permit from PDRM KL before they allow customs to release the package to me. So, for you guys out there in Ipoh, Perak, don't import any bows from oversea. To play safe, do use Selangor or KL addresses when you indented to buy bows from overseas.
