HELP: Fix "Trojan Horse"

guys,

mintak tlg aku fix this..

PC: Dell, win XP SP3,
antivirus software: Avast 4.8 Pro

problem : bila start PC, kuar message from Avast;

A Trojan Horse Was Found

File name: C:\DOCUME~1\KHAI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\cvasds0.dll
Malware name: Win32:Patched-HN [Trj]
Malware type: Trojan Horse
VPS version: 090901-0, 01/09/2009

Recommended: Move to chest

either aku amik "move to chest" or "delete permanently" the same problem akan appear balik once aku restart pc.. my pc is now slow bila running program

seems like avast cant help & same to mr google bcoz there are so many software recommended dont know which one can solve mine

hope u guys can help me out from this mess

no need crack..serial key ada..masukkan jer nantie bila dia minta masa install..btw..sebelum install temporary disablekan Anti Virus anda..nantie dia dia detect keygen tu adalah threat..selepas dah install tu delete folder install tadi..

lepas tu run jer la..tunggu jer la dia kasi result..
