Greetings!

There are a number of milestones we're approaching in the next few weeks.
As we approach the beginning of our renewal period and the introduction of
our free subscriber feature, we are also commencing the second payout in
our general revenue share.

As we get ready to do this, I would like to take this time to share some
insight into how the General Revenue Share works for those that do not know
about this exciting part of gibLink.

We earmark a portion of the overall revenue that we generate to the
General Revenue Share fund. We then see which advertisers were active in
gibLink during that time period that the revenue was generated and divide
the earmark equally between all advertisers that were active during that
time and are still active at the posting of the cycle disbursement.

The cycle for the General Revenue Share is from the 15th of one month
through the 14th of the following month. Now, since we count sales volume
until midnight on the 14th, some of the volume has not cleared the 2 week
hold period. For this reason, we post the revenue share disbursements to
the advertising accounts at the end of a calendar month. This means that
there is no hold period on the General Revenue Share payout and will be
included on the next pay run provided you have met the total combined
revenue share commission minimum of $25 to be included in the run.

In addition, we are enhancing the commission summaries in order to give
you the information you need in a more user-friendly format. We are also
performing a series of validations that will clarify where your commissions
and when you can expect to receive them.
