General Clerk

Responsibilities:

=>Provide administrative and clerical support
=>Performing routine and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers
=>Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filling
=>Answering incoming and outgoing calls
=>Attending to guest
=>To perform any other duties that may be required by the Manager

Requirements:

=>STPM / Certificate / Diploma and/or its equivalent
=>Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
=>Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
=>Able to work independently and as a team
=>Good interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues as well as customers
=>Pleasant personality, honest, hardworking and willing to learn
=>At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
=>Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
