Scam is something does not work as it show in advertise.

If it work and is a free EA he re-package and resell, well i think he deserve the credit, as I never knew this free EA anyway.

A business is about providing good info and valuable product, who care weather is a white cat or black cat, as long as the cat catches mice is a good cat.

And you always got 90 days for refund. I think mostly is the customer scam the seller more. Which this is what we do in the educated version of learning from all the commercial EA, and so far how many good cat you find ?

So since you got knew this free EA before, can you tell me is this a good cat can catch mice or just another copy cat scamming a statement can turn 5k into 124k in a year?
