For 30% Volume Bonus
Deposit bonus can be credited to any account type.
The 30% Volume Bonus will be deposited on the amount from $100 to $5,000.
It is required to trade (bonus amount)/4 (bonus amount divided by four) standard lots to make a bonus withdrawable. Example: You receive $30 bonus, to withdraw the received bonus, you need to make a transaction $30 / 4 = 7.5 lots.
The bonus can become withdrawable only if by the moment of lots calculation the bonus is still present in the account. In case a Client had traded the required volume, but the bonus has already been canceled, it would not be added or compensated.
The original deposit must remain in account to keep bonus in account. If the original deposit is withdrawn, your bonus will be canceled. Partial withdrawal of funds from account will result partial removal of the 30% Volume Bonus. Simple example: You deposit your trading account with $1,000 and receive bonus of $300 (30%). Let’s suppose that after you received bonus, the sum on your closed deals is $150 profit. According to the conditions of the bonus program, you are allowed to withdraw no more than $150 (your Profit) in order to keep the bonus sum on your account.
Step out of Volume Bonus account is not calculated based on FXVV’s normal step out, as it is calculated based on the calculation mentioned in the below example :


Example:
Balance of your initial deposit is equal to $500 and your Volume Bonus is $150, then equity will equal to $650. If floating is equal to -$450 then,
$500(balance) minus $450(floating) will equal to $50 and since 10% of the balance ($500) is equal to ($50), then the Volume Bonus will be cancelled automatically when the amount is equal to or less than $50
FXVV may cancel client's bonus application(s) at anytime without prior notification or providing reasons for such decision.
Any situation not described in these rules shall be a subject of Company's decision.
FXVV reserves a right to change, update or cancel this promotion with notification in the Company website.

For 15% Margin Bonus
Each client can award Margin Bonus only to one trading account.
Maximum amount of Margin Bonus awarded to client account cannot exceed a total amount of $2,000.
The bonus can be used as stop loss as there is no limitation in using it and it can be lost with no restriction and as well can be used to cover margin.
The Margin Bonus cannot be withdrawn.
The company maintains the right to change the terms of the bonus policy at any time. Prior notice will be given to clients via email and by posting on the FXVV.com website.
Internal funds transferred between trading accounts with FXVV are not considered as a new deposit and, therefore, do not qualify for the awarding of a Margin Bonus.
Partial withdrawal of funds from account with FXVV will result in partial removal of the Margin Bonus by the same percentage of the initial funds withdrawn.
So-called "reverse trading" on bonus accounts is strictly prohibited. "Reverse trading" denotes opening the same position in reverse destinations on 2 or more bonus accounts. E.g. open 0.1 lot BUY on EURUSD in one account and 0.1 lot SELL on EURUSD in another at the same time. The Client acknowledges that such accounts will be blocked, bonuses and profits will be canceled.
If separate accounts of Margin Bonus are found belonging to one person or related persons (or if such suspicions arise, including IP address match, contact info match, related trading etc), and these accounts are conspire in oder to misuse the bonus in any way other than what it was intended for all the bonuses will be cancelled. In the case that there is no bonus left from specific account the bonus will be taken from related accounts.

Refund Policy


CREDIT CARD REFUND POLICY

In certain exceptional circumstances, FXVV Capital Markets Ltd / FXVV Commercial Brokers LLC may refund payments made by credit card. In this case, the funds will be refunded to the card that was used for the deposit.
1. The Client has the right to close his/her account at any time he/she wishes to. The Company will approve the account closure if:
a. There are not active investments placed.
b. There are no investigations underway associated with any of the terms of the current Terms of Services.
2. If there are no charges applied to the account, the Company has to close the account by the Client’s demand.
3. If the account of the Client has been suspended due to the violation of the current Terms of Services or due to any other abuse detected by the Client, the refund is not provided under any circumstances.
4. The Company does not have to provide any type of the refund in case the loss was caused due to any reason either foreseen or unforeseen.
5. A refund request can be made in cases in which the account had been deposited into, but no orders were executed by the client.
6. In this case, the same method of payment used for the deposit will be used for the refund. The refund will be for the full amount, unless other arrangements have been made.
7. Processing of refund requests can take 5-10 business days.
8. All other requests will be treated as WITHDRAWALS and will be processed using those methods and procedures.
