This Promotion is applicable for all types of spread accounts (Fixed, Variable and ECN Premier). Gold Trading Requirement:

You must trade the number of lots equal to the deposit divided by 100. I.e., If your deposit amount is USD750 then you should trade 7.5 standard lots of gold to receive a USD75 Top Up Bonus.

If you fund USD2,500 or more, you will need to trade a minimum of 25 standard lots in gold to receive the maximum Top Up Bonus of USD250. **

Once you meet the trading requirements, we will pay your Top Up Bonus to you within 7 business days after the end of the Promotion (31 January 2012).

Your Top Up Bonus will reflect 10% of the FIRST deposit you make after registering for the Promotion.

Leverage follows normal guidelines as determined by FXPRIMUS Management.

As described above, your Top Up Bonus amount is variable because we calculate it based on your net deposit. The Promotion is both for new deposits in new accounts and for existing account holders. Funds transferred between your live accounts do not count as qualifying new deposits for the purposes of the Promotion. This Promotion CANNOT be combined with another existing Promotion or bonus.

* The FXPRIMUS Funding team performs currency conversions in accordance with a daily rate.

** The Top Up Bonus will not exceed USD250. Therefore deposits over USD2,500 will receive a Top Up Bonus of USD250 maximum.

Additional Terms:
FXPRIMUS reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify and/or withdraw a top up at any time should it be deemed that an individual is tampering with or attempting to tamper with the operation of the Promotion, or breaches the promotion terms or FXPRIMUS' Terms & Conditions.
FXPRIMUS reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Promotion Terms and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on the FXPRIMUS website. We recommend you revisit these Promotion Terms regularly and, by your continued use of the FXPRIMUS website and services, you accept any such modified terms.
All disputes or situations not covered by these Promotion Terms will be resolved by FXPRIMUS management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all customers. No correspondence will be entered into.
If these Promotion Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the rules shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
FXPRIMUS prohibits the trading style of "churning" a trading account for the sole purpose of being able to withdraw the bonus. FXPRIMUS reserves the right to deem an account as being "churned" at its sole discretion, and reserves the right to disqualify and/or withdraw the bonus at any time should it be deemed an individual is using such a trading style.
