Yes. LR is back. And they also added an option credit card fund upload.

Yesterday I made a withdrawal from Fxoptimax of my last 2 weeks profit. generally I withdraw every month, but due to LR maintenance, I didn't able to withdraw last week.

Yes, they offer it. I think when you will deposit $1000 for your PAMM in FXOptimax, it is better to open a pro account.
