3. Only the individuals who may enter legally compulsory contracts, by virtue of the applicable laws in their country of residence, may participate in the Bonus Promotion. Individuals under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence ("minors") are not entitled to the offer benefits.

4. “Intercessors/Related Parties” may not participate in the Bonus . If the registration and /or trading data of an applicant in the Bonus corresponds with the registration and / or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another applicant in the Bonus Promotion, FxGrow shall have the right to deem this matching as a reason for direct disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intercessors(ies)/Related Party(ies)”, when used in these Terms & Conditions, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, shall refer to any person or entity related to any applicant in the Bonus Promotion including, but not limited to:

a) Family members such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal and collateral descendants.

b) Person or entity, accomplice in the Bonus, directly or indirectly through one or more intercessors, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intercessors, is controlled by, or is under common control of any contributor in the Bonus. For the purposes of this classification, the term “control” (this term shall refer to the terms “controlled by“ and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any accomplice in the Bonus, shall refer to the custody possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intercessors, of power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

Specific “Bonus Scheme” Terms

1. Eligible Clients, who meet the criteria set forth herein, are entitled to receive Bonuses equal of:
a) 50 USD (or currency equivalent)
b) In order to activate the Bonus Account, all Eligible Clients shall be fully verified.

2. This Bonus is applicable to FxGrow new clients only. The Bonus is available for registration only once per client and unique IP address. Several registrations from the same IP address are forbidden.

3. Profits from trading on Bonus Accounts may be withdrawn when the client reaches a balance of $100. Only then, the registered client will be permitted to withdraw the "PROFIT". Note: All positions on the Bonus Account shall be expired before withdrawing the profit.

4. The Bonus expiry time for every Eligible Client is unlimited unless the Client has failed to complete one standard trading lot within 30 calendar days; as of the date of the bonus deposit in the account of a fully verified Client. In cases where the Client fails to complete one standard trading lot within a period of 30 days, the Bonus will be nullified.

General Terms

1. Kindly note that adding any bonus to the account of an Eligible Client, who meets all of the criteria set forth herein, may take up to 24 hours.

2. The Bonus is available to all new clients who open real Account with FxGrow in accordance with the rules set herein. Granted bonuses may be used for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn.
