This may sound like child's play and a statement of the obvious, but you will be amazed how often people forget these simple facts. One of the biggest questions I am asked is, what direction will the market? By doing a simple exercise that you can see how that price is going and decide on your trading plan and more importantly the timing of a trade.At point of the graph, in real time, the price has to start move beyond or above the last swing high takes a new high or low movement beyond the last swing low by a new low. Until those things happen any price range will probably remain determined. This example is what happened.
