Job Descriptions:
-Handle full set accounts
-In-charges for all aspect in Accounts Payable function (Including ensure procedures of AP process are properly adhere to, system key in, matching invoices, further investigate / resolve for invoices’ discrepancies issues, payments, monthly creditors’ reconciliation, etc.
-Sales tax for custom
-Assist in Month End Closing, general ledger activities and reporting including preparing monthly schedule and analysis
-Assist in general ledger, accounts receivable and treasury function
-Assist in monthly stock taking exercise including stock adjustment function
-Dealing with external auditor to ensure the statutory financial reporting meets the regulatory standards
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
-Conversant with MS Office.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
Working Day: Monday to Friday [Saturday - working at 1st week only]
Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 hours
