How to deposit my account?

Please refer to our Deposit/Withdrawal page and select the most suitable means of deposit for you.

How to withdraw from my account?

To withdraw from your account please submit a withdrawal request through your Personal Area. To do so, please:
1.Login to your Personal Area
2.Click on "Withdraw from my account" button at the top of the page
3.Fill in the withdrawal form and submit it
4.Your withdrawal will be handled by the Finance Department and you will receive your funds

Are there any restrictions for deposit?

Are there any restrictions for withdrawal?

Please note that you can withdraw from your account only in the same way you deposited. It means that if you used bank wire to deposit your account, you can withdraw by means of bank wire only. In case you used several different payment systems - you can use any of them to withdraw in on a per-cent basis.

Are there any fees for deposit?

For unauthorized customers payment system transfer commissions are applied. For authorized customers all deposits are free.

Are there any fees for withdrawal?

Personal Area

I have got registered in the Personal Area, but have not received any notification by e-mail. What happened?

There can be 2 reasons:

1. Either our email was blocked by antispam filters and you should check your spam folder for it.
2. Or you entered incorrect email, in this case you need to repeat your registration making sure you input the email right.

In some cases there can be problems with emails delivery to free email servers. We can not guarantee their stability. However, emails are delivered fine with the majority of big and reliable email services, like Gmail, Yahoo!, MSN Live and so on. Please use reliable email service.

I can't enter my Personal Area, what happened?

There again can be 2 reasons:
1. Safety settings on your PC prevent you from entering the it. Try to disable your firewall and re-login.
2. Or you have entered incorrect account number or password.

If after numerous attempts you still can't to enter your Personal Area, please contact us for help.

Technical questions

Trading terminal shows «No connection» message. What is the problem?

The reasons can be:

1. There is no Internet connection. Check your internet connection and try again.
2. You have port 443 blocked by your ISP or firewall. Please open port 443 in your firewall setup or contact your ISP to open 443 port.

How to register a demo account?

You should either click "Open demo account" at the top of our website or open a demo account in your Personal area"

How to change my account password?

Press CTRL+O in your trading terminal, you will see setup window. Click on the "Server" tab, input your old and your new password and submit it. Note that your Personal Area password will remain the same. Why did the history of orders disappear from my terminal? Probably the terminal time setup has gone wrong. The terminal enquires only a current system date and time. To eliminate the problem, right-click the tab «Account history» and select «All history».
