FBS Holdings Inc was officially released on the 10th of February, 2009. Several large investors from Europe and Asia took part in the formation of the company.

FBS was created to embrace brokerage services in the widest variety of regions – China, Oceania, ex-USSR, Europe, Asian-Pacific region and Africa.

In January 2009 FBS Holdings Inc purchased a number of companies, including PoltekFX, whose clients were integrated into FBS customer database. FBS took complete responsibility for solving the situation with PoltekFX. We strongly regret that a number of clients had poor experience with PoltekFX, however, as stated above, we have taken and fulfilled all the liabilities of this company. Former PoltekFX clients’ claims were accepted until July, 2009. We have solved all the claims during the negotiations, which further became a basis for strong partnership between FBS Holdings Inc and the customers.

This mergence lead to a number of substantial changes in our trading services pattern and level. We have introduced CFDs on Futures, European, US and Asian Stocks, and Indices. Despite the widening of the services pattern, our clients received even more professional Customer Services. We have made the range of deposit/withdrawal options much wider, introduced a full-scaled analytical support, multilingual website and forum for traders.

This is not a complete list of positive changes we introduced. All of them become the reason of client’s satisfaction from FBS services. And FBS keeps on evolving, making our services better every day.
