Responsibilities
- Formulate and supervise processes, quality and production improvement methodologies in the respective brick factory
- Ensure quality and machinery are maintained, safety procedures are adhered to, local laws and company’s guidelines and procedures are followed.
- Manage the human resources to build, lead and mentor employees in order to achieve production targets and other set objectives.
- Support Sales and Marketing team to achieve optimal production and sales targets.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate or SPM in related field of any discipline.
- At least 5 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in factory management, including procurement, production, maintenance, quality control and knowledge of clay formulation will be an added advantage.
- Committed to achieve higher productivity and quality with a good understanding on costing.
