What is a "User ID " and password?

A User ID is a specific identification number assigned to each new participant when they register with www.ezidollars.com. This ID accompanied with your password will be used for all online transactions and to log in to your personal website.
# How many Packages are available for participants to choose for this EziDollars Global Reward Program?

There are 3 types of Entry Packages for you to choose. i.e: Gold Package – USD 300.00, Platinum Package – USD 900.00 and Diamond Package – USD 2,100.00

# Do all Packages offer the same returns?

All Packages offer 560% return provided you personally introduce and place your Downlines under your account.

# What shall be my minimum returns if I stay passive?

All Packages offer a minimum 240% return when your upline fully places accounts under your account.

# How secure is my registration information?

Registration information for this program is very secure, we use modern encryption and security technologies.

# How long does it take for an application to be confirmed?

Once you have registered online, your application has been approved, you would receive an ID which you would use to log in. Your account will be active 365days a year. If a Participant fails to purchase a package within 72 hours of registration, the account shall be deleted. Participant will have to re-register if he wants to participate again.
# How do I obtain information about the progress of my participation?

You can log in to your account and check the progress of your participation through our login page.

# Can I transfer my G$ earned to another participant?

Yes, you can transfer your G$ to another participant by using the transfer panel in you account website. However, remittance for the above shall on a private arrangement between your buyer and you.

# Can I sell my G$ earned to the E-Trader?

Yes you can buy or sell your G$ to the nearest E-Trader at the prevailing fixed exchange rate. However, remittance for the above shall be on a private arrangement between your E-Trader and you.

# How do I introduce another participant into this Program?

You need to fill your login user code as the Introducer’s ID and then fill the necessary details of the participant you have introduced in the sign up page. There are no restrictions on the packages he purchases. You are able to introduce participants with any type of packages.

# What is Jackpot Zone Rewards?

Any account that falls onto your 3rd. generation is your Jackpot Zone. For Gold packages, there is only 1 Jackpot Zone, for Platinum packages there are 2 Jackpot Zones and for Diamond Packages, there are 3 Jackpot Zones.

# What is Bingo Rewards?

Bingo Rewards are given for matching sales of your left downlines' accounts with your right downlines' accounts accumulated every30 days from the date of your participation. There are 4 Bingo Reward Zones. Please refer to the Reward Plan.

# Can I continue to earn Jackpot Rewards after I have completely used up my Jackpot Zones?

Yes, you can still enjoy Jackpot Rewards by continuing to introduce participants and place them under any other participant’s accounts to enjoy Placement Jackpot Rewards. The Rewards shall be shared respectively according to the Package Status of your starting packages. For participants whose starting packages is Gold, the sharing will be based on a 50/50 basis, for Platinum 60/40 and Diamond 70/30.

# What is a Transaction Password?

When you sign up, you shall have to create a login password for you to log into your Member’s Dash Board. You shall then have to create another password – Your Transaction Password – for you to authorize G$ transfer. A Participant who has access to your Transaction Password can transfer your G$ from your E-Bank.

# What is an E-Bank?

An E-Bank keeps all your rewards earned and your G$ purchased from any E-Trader or participants.

# What is an E-Trader?

An E-Trader is a person who sells and buys G$ to and from a participant.

# When I want to purchase G$ from an e-Trader, how do I begin to transact?

You shall have to click the “ Buy and Sell Request “ mode found in your member’s dash board. Just follow the instructions given. Your request shall be sent to the chosen E-Trader. The E-Trader shall contact you with regards to the payment. Upon receiving your payment confirmation by the E-Trader, he shall transfer the G$ into your E-Bank from his T-Bank.

# What is a T-Bank?

A T-Bank keeps all G$ purchased from the c-Trader and participants. Only E-Trader has a T-Bank.

# What is a C-Trader?

A C-Trader or Country Trader is a person appointed by the Asia Pacific Countries Trader (APAC) and approved by the Global Trader. Only a limited number can be appointed for a particular country.

# What is a C-Bank?

A C-Bank keeps all G$ purchased from the APAC Trader and E-Traders. Only C –Trader has a C-Bank.

# Is there a limit to E-Traders in one particular country?

There is no limitation to the number of E-Traders in one particular country.

# How do I apply to be a C-Trader or an E-Trader?

To apply to become a C-Trader or an E-Trader, you must be a Diamond Package Holder. The starting packages for C-Trader is USD 50,000.00 and the E-Trader is USD 3,000.00. C-Trader shall receive a 20% extra G$ and E-Traders receive 10% extra. C-Traders can only be applied from the APAC Trader while E-Traders can apply from C-Traders ( if there are any in that particular country ) or with the APAC Trader. For C-Traders, you shall have to remit your purchase amount to the designated International APAC Trader’s bank account given to you. For E-Traders, your C-Trader shall provide his bank account to facilitate your remittance. You have to fax your remittance slip to the Global Trader to confirm your remittance. ( You can find the fax no in the Contact Us page in our website ) to facilitate the transfer of your G$ and your approval as C-Trader or E-Trader.

# Can I withdraw my G$ in my E-Bank?

Yes, you can choose to withdraw your G$ earned. Go to the ‘Withdraw’ mode in your dash board. Follow the instructions given. You can request to remit the amount to your local or international bank accounts or your debit card account. However, the remittance shall only be activated within 7 working days. A minimum of G$ 500 is required for any withdrawl request. An administration charge of USD10 will be levied on each withdrawl transaction. The exchange rates shall be based on the fixed rate as published on the EziDollars website.

# What happens if the C-Trader or E-Trader do not remit the G$ after I have remitted the purchased amount to them?

You can write, internal message or email the APAC Trader or Global Trader to lodge your compliant. You have to provide the necessary details and documents to verify your claims. If it is found to be true, the C-Trader or E-Trader will be suspended immediately and your G$ shall be transferred to your E-Bank accordingly by the APAC Trader.

# Who should I contact if I have any further enquiries?
