Just a quick update to let you the rate of growth we are experiencing is phenomenal to say the least.
During our investigation into the world of HYIP, one area we attempted to determine was 'Expectations'. We wanted to know what the typical growth rates were. Hundreds of programs were reviewed, threads in forums read, analysis compiled and interviews researched. We spoke with everyone that would take the time, from admin to member. ExoticFX is a compilation of that research. Like I said before, we did our homework.
Our current rate of growth is at least 300% higher than our own expectations, and our expectations are, let's just say…. high. However, we did not expect to attract the more seasoned crowd until the end of the first Term8 payouts. We were wrong. They are already coming in droves. We are apparently doing something very right. It may even be safe to say, we are doing many things right. Perhaps it could be determined as good enough. The problem is we don't believe in good enough. We will utilize all our resources to do EVERYTHING right. Once accomplished, we will find something that can be done even better.
If you have ever studied any 'Goal Setting/Achievement' oriented philosophy, you may have come across a saying that goes something like this…. "Shoot for the Moon, … even if you miss you will land among the Stars". We are a group of very 'Driven' individuals. As a team, our successes can be placed in the 'Un-Rivaled' category. We answered a support query yesterday from a member who wanted to know why his referral fee was only $98.00, when his affiliate had made a $2000.00 deposit. Naturally, you would think that 5% of $2000 would equal a $100.00 referral fee. It does, just not in this case.
Allow me to explain.
In most programs, affiliate commissions are paid on all deposits. When this is the case, those that make a living from referring others, offer their followers an inflated 'Referral Cash Back' (RCB). The followers, or downline, know that if they will withdraw their profits and redeposit them, they will increase their referral commissions' substantially. They are in essence earning commissions on commissions, or compounding their referral fees. Other members manipulate the system by creating self referred accounts.
We feel that this is the primary reason many admin, and members alike, are against referral programs. It also creates cash flow issues for any program that allows such action to take place. Manipulation of the system can be damaging to any program.
With ExoticFX, our script monitors the 'Actual New Deposits' made to the program and deducts previously commissioned funds as well as the profits earned by them from all subsequent deposits and adjusts the referral fee to reflect honest commissions earned.
Let's go back to the example above.
In this case the referred member, the downline, deposited $2000.00. Previously he had withdrawn $40.00 in profit. So, in reality, he had deposited $1960.00 in New Deposits and $40.00 in previously participated funds for a $2000.00 total. Commissions were paid on the $1960.00 worth of 'New Deposits' for a total commission of $98.00.
In addition, if the $98.00 commission was withdrawn and then re-deposited, there is a minimum of 24 hours interest lost, since the funds are not being participated in trade the following day. Since the script tracks the withdrawal and disallows any commissions to be paid on it, it will not earn a 5% referral fee itself and therefore the attempt at manipulating the system has been thwarted and with a result of loss of profits.
There are those of you that already see another…manipulation possibility. I know, since I am the one that just revealed it. You are thinking, "Why not just open another account and make the deposit there to earn the commission?" You are crafty!
But a word to the wise…..
Be darn good at it!
