The contest will take place from December 23, 2012 through January 5, 2013. In accordance with the conditions of the contest, starting deposits will be 2,013 US dollars. Maximum leverage is 1:1000.

Additional conditions: more than 10 lots of EUR/USD or the equivalent thereof must be traded.

Places are given depending on points obtained during the course of the contest, with scores calculated by the formula: Profit (USD) x Number of profitable trades. Profit is defined as the difference between the sum of the profit on all profitable transactions and the sum of losses on all unprofitable transactions.

Here is an example of the score calculation for contest participants:

Let's assume the sum of profits on all profitable transactions for a contest participant is 500 USD.
The sum of losses on all unprofitable transactions is 300 USD.
Profit in this case equals: 500 - 300 = 200 USD.
Overall number of profitable transactions is 18.
The score, which will determine the place taken in the contest is calculated as follows: 200 х 18 = 3600 points.
The winner will be the participant who scores the most points. The contest's final prize pool is dependent upon the number of participants* and prizes will be distributed according to the table:


Winners will be awarded on January 10, 2013.

A special prize - 500 USD as a bonus - will go to the participant whose overall number of transactions equals 2013 and who has the highest profit among participants with the same score. Only those participants whose total profit for all transactions is larger than zero can claim victory or a place in the contest.
