i have never use it before...
normally,when i have a headache i will juz take a nap...
n take 2 panadols-but i dun take dis often...
i used to take panadol everytime i hv a headache...
but then my mom tried to stop me...
she said panadol shouldnt be taken often...

shes right. don't take too much of that paracetamol stuff. try to drink more water and take more veggie. might do good. try ro relax more, too.
