somebody asked for my cert and other docs for them to register a new company...
and pay allowance based on projects...
is it ok for them to do that?
what are the 'side effect', if any? if there is any incident to the project...
and if its ok... how much should i ask for?
this is supposed to be a class A contractor...
they hv asked few of my frens as well for different discipline....mine is electrical...

firstly...will it be directorship...or just mere technical requirement to hv a degree holder??

if u are offered directorship....all liability if any will prevail....

if only a mere common registration technical requirement...nothing much...so long u do not put yr signature...should be ok

but for technical requirement....ur name normally allowed to be at one company only....

demand for EPF contribution to be paid minimum by RM1k...i said minimum 1 thousand...

and oso some 500 cash in allowance...

yr term...take it or leave it!....

and never allow them to nego further....

just wait n see...

yup....but be aware with any agreement needed to signed later...

make sure u read it carefully....every word counts..

1k minimum for EPF is a combination of 'employer + employee' or just the 'employer' contribution?? or how do you guys term it???
