Dear Sir,

Thank you for your email.

(i) We would like to advise you NOT to do any transaction with unknown
people on the internet. Nowdays, there are a lot of cases where people get
scammed by scammers overseas (as well as locals). It is IILEGAL to
participate in forex business on line. Only licensed institutions by Bank
Negara are allowed to do FOREX business.

(ii) on the limits to bring in/out cash through wire transfer please be
informed that:

To Bring in:
- Investment by non –resident n Malaysia - no limit
- Loan from Non-Resident:
i. To individual – up to RM10 million in aggregate
ii. To corporate – up to RM100 million in aggregate on corporate group
basis

To bring out
- Loan to Non-Resident/Investment abroad up to RM50 million per
calendar year on corporate group basis
- up to RM 1 million per calendar year for individual
Both cases above for Residents with Domestic Borrowing

For Resident with no domestic borrowing, there is no limit but have to
register if the amount of investment/loan to Non-Resident is more than RM50
million

(iii) The business is illegal, therefore whether its taxable or not, you
have to liaise/contact The Inland Revenue Department (Lembaga Hasil Dalam
Negeri).

Hope the above explaination clarifies your enquiries.
