Dear Valued Members: Because our database has become so large, we need to perform some maintenance work on the E-wallet to increase the capacity of it. Our e-wallet is over 100 million records at the moment and we are performing a maintenance operation that will increase the maximum size.
Unfortunately, this capacity increase is something that can take up to 15 hours. During this time you will not be able to see the E-wallet, transfer from the E-wallet, or buy Index Codes from the E-Wallet because if we allow activity on the e-wallet while we are doing the maintenance work, it can seriously harm that data.
We expect our work to be done by 10am London Time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Please note, that this DOES NOT affect the P-wallet or the F-wallet (for those countries that use the P-wallet and F-wallet) -- you may continue business as usual. However, you will notice that we have not paid the nightly bonus for today because of the E-wallet issue. Please do not be concerned about that because we will pay all the bonuses AFTER the E-wallet maintenance is completed.
Thank you for supporting EAI!
