"Super Peak" Hours : Dear Members, we wish to thank you for making EAI the fastest growing program in world. As you know our database closes nightly at 6pm London Time for daily commission payments, backups, and other maintenance. Our "Super Peak" hours are between the times of 3pm - 6pm London Time because that is when most members RUSH to put in units (many thousands per hour) before the closing of the database. Our recommedation is not to wait until the Super Peak hours. Registrations during other times are typically 2 - 10 minutes. However, if you choose to register new units during Super Peak, please be prepared to wait up to 1 HOUR while we verify and place each unit before you see the new unit actually in the genealogy and accessible by login.
