We need to clarify the Authentication ID update posted below. Since November 29th we ALREADY required Authentication ID inside the Registration Form. Therefore, if you registered after November 29th, the only time you need to use the Authentication ID update is if you do not remember what you put in the registration form.
Also, the Authentication ID update sends a Verification Code to the email address you have in your profile. If that email address is not correct, you will not receive the verification code. So first, you should try to correct your email address using any Authentication ID that you do remember was put into the registration form. Only if that fails, then you should write into support. If you have to write into support, you will need to send a scan of your Passport/National ID. Please do not write in without that scan since we simply cannot help you. NO SCAN = NO HELP.
One last note: It has come to our attention that some members are maintaining a "Registration Book" which contains the following PRIVATE information about their group members: Names, Passwords, Passport/National ID number. Even worse, it seems they are leaving this information easily visible to anyone. This is very bad security practice and if you are doing this, you need to stop immediately. You are contributing to theft of accounts since this information is all that is required to steal from an account. If you know who is doing this, please report that person's Member ID number to
[email protected] so we can suspend that person's account.
