EA closing manual order using SMA 5 & 15

I would like to have the closing order EA using SMA pairs 5 & 15 for buy order at M15 only
& another closing order EA using SMA pairs 5 & 15 for sell order at M15 only.
The buy or sell orders are from manual trade.
Can someone help?
