Amazingly, a cup of hot tea actually contains antioxidants including catechins and the theaflavins. Tea contains antioxidants protect your body from the ruin of aging and the effects of pollution.

3. Reduce Risk of Heart Attack

Drinking tea is linked to reduced of cardiovascular disease. Tea might also help protect against the risk of heart attack and degenerative disease. You can be enjoyed within the optimal intake range of 2 to 8 cups of tea per day.

4. Against Tooth Decay

Unlike coffee, you don’t have to worry about the side effect of discolouration when it comes to drinking many cups of coffee. Other health benefits associated with tea drinking included protection against tooth decay.

5. Protects Your Bones

One study found emerging evidence that older women those most at risk of brittle bones had significant increases in bone density. Another study that compared tea drinkers with no drinkers found that people who drank tea for 10 or more years had the strongest bones even after adjusting for age, body weight and other risk factors.

I disagree with the number 5, do not forget the high caffeine and caffeine so it can process oxygen but at the same time caffeine may causes brittle bones.
