The developer preview is up for grabs now on the newly launched Developer site.There are two kinds of builds available over the Developer site.First is with Developer tools and a 64 Bit version while the other version is Without the Developer tools in 32 bit as well as 64 bit version.

Windows 8 System Requirements [Minimum Hardware Specs]
•Processor: 1 GHz (32 Bit / 64 Bit)
•RAM: 1 GB (for 32 Bit) & 2GB (for 64 Bit)
•Disk Space: 16 GB fot 32 Bit, 20 GB for 64 Bit
•DirectX 9 compatible graphics card with WDDM 1.0 (or higher) driver
