Do you use a Trailing Stop?

Hi all,
do you use a trailing stop in your manual trade?
do you use a standard built in MT4 trailing stop or something more advanced?
do you use Break even?

Yes i use Trailing Stop in my manual trade, as manual trailing stops, helps me to set my risk management according to actual market price action (in the form of support/resistance), and not according to an arbitrarily-chosen number of pips.
