Anyone here use A1Exchangers, BestGoldCard and CashCards debit card? Which one is the best in terms of loading fees, loading times...and so on....If we withdraw cash from ATM from a particular bank, which forex rates should we refer to? Is it 1 US Dollar, "Buying - Currency Notes"? And which bank has the best rate?
