. Kata nak datang, sekali tak muncul. Call tak angkat, technician pun tak angkat. Lepas 20 minit technician message cakap "Sy masih di rumah. "Bila tanya so-called admin dia jawab "Sy admin hanya arrange kan appointment". No sense of responsibility within the same entity.
. Lepas reschedule appointment the next day, 20 minutes before baru message cakap "Bro. Sini hujan lebat bro". I asked where is he coming from and it will take him at least 30 minutes to reach our meeting point. Tak ada courtesy to message first. Everytime client yg kena call/msg.
. Both days I have been sitting there waiting like an *****. Please respect your client punya time. We have other things to attend. We push our errands, meetings, appointments for this. We are agreeable to your "Mileage Fee" because of the convenience. We want to use your service because of YOUR tagline "Tak perlu tinggal iPhone sbb kitorg repair terus dpn mata korang". Some of us have sensitive information in the phone that's why we use your service. Very unprofessional and I hope everyone find other means.
