last 2 weeks i asked u about the case. u said will be on monday
13/6 (after so many time calling and sms). then i called u on
monday u didnt answer (also so many times). i sms. u didnt reply.
today you told me the case just sold out. u have a very bad after
sales service. i dont recommend u to others.
its my mistake buying the WM 8650 from u at RM380. If i wait a
little bit, i can get it for RM299 + 50 from other seller (comfort
surf) and at least they answer my call.
When i got the tablet, i found problem on screen and back button.
its ok becoz u said can exchange or repair. but promise is just a
promise. u never want to know my problem and even to give me a
receipt. what kind of business u are doing if u treat ur customer
like this.
i am not going to recommend you to any of my friend or people in
this forum.
