-This is a company that manages telecommunication services and cloud services to corporate client

-Working location is in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, KL area

-Normal working hour 9AM to 6PM

-Monday to Friday

-Salary package is up to RM3500-RM5000 (Negotiable based on working experience)




Job description
-Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services

-Managing a team of customer services staffs

-Handle training and supervision for junior customer service executive

-Assist in quality assurance for customer service calls

-Prepare customer service management report for management




Job requirement
-Diploma or degree, SPM is acceptable if with experience

-Able to work under minimal supervision

-3 years of working experience in customer service is preferable

-Able to speak well in both Bahasa Melayu and English
