Credit Control Officer

(Based in Petaling Jaya, near to LRT station)



Requirements:



* SPM or its equivalent with at least 2 years experience in a medium to large scale company in credit control / corporate collection
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with excellent numerical, credit analysis and debt collection skills
* Detail-oriented, committed to excel, accountable and able to work in a team
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills





Responsibilities:



* To interface between customers of medium and small scales to actively and aggressively solve credit and billing problems in a timely manner
* To keep the sales team and the Credit Control Supervisor informed on collection difficulties and resolve billing discrepancies within 24 hours
* To spend at least 90% of working time on collection calls
* To monitor credit accounts and report delinquent customers to the Credit Control Supervisor for review and action
