Terms & Conditions
Order
Ramadhan Hampers are available Now...order accepted until 2nd week of Ramadan.
Payment
A deposit of 40% is required upon confirmation of orders.
The balance of payment shall be made upon delivery of orders.
Cancellation
A 50% cancellation charge is applicable for orders that are confirmed.
Unavailability of products
In the even any products become unavailable at the time of production, Metedo Corporate Hamper reserve the right to substitute them with similar product of equal or greater value.
Delivery Charge
For delivery outside of the "Free Delivery Zone"
a flat rate of RM30.00 will be charged per area.
For outstation deliveries, please call to enquire.
Outstation orders must be placed at least 5 days before the time of delivery.
Please call us for further information on outstation deliveries terms.
We will undertake special requests for urgent delivery on a case-to-case basis.
