*MUST HAVE*
-Degree in Business, laws, contract management or related fields
-3 year working experience managing EPC contract for a foreign corporation
-Fluency in English & Mandarin

-Candidates should have the experiences in managing contracts from drafting, evaluation, negotiation to execution process
-Candidates need to be skilled in the related areas including legal compliance, variation and claim, negotiation, and relationship management

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
-Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts
-Coordinate the negotiation of all contracts
-Interprets contract provisions
-Monitor compliance of contract requirements with project management team
-Establish and update records of all correspondence related to contract activity
-Assist in compiling and preparing bid documents
