Name of Company:
An established multinational in the FMCG industry is now looking for a IMMEDIATE fill in their vacancy for the position of
"CONTRACT FACTORY COORDINATOR" in their factory in SHAH ALAM for a period of 6 months
Role:
• To replenish, process and monitor all shipments for Finished Goods (FG) to customers/market
• Review supply and demand of market based on market demands
• Analyzing sales figures and taking action accordingly
• To analyze and understand latest rules and regulations of each customer/market
• Work alongside with PPO, Factory Services and vendors to fulfill customer needs
• Initiate, co-ordinate, monitor and assist customers in handling, liaising and preparing of documents for shipments
• Maintain sales, purchasing and storage views of the material master in SAP
• Liaise with BSC Financial Planning and Analyst (FP&A) and customers in regards to new FB developments
• Main coordinator responsible of informing Manchester to maintain PIR/SL & pricing in SAP
• Issuing PR’s and POs up to delivery of materials
• To work cohesively with various departments, internally and externally of company to achieve overall objectives
Remuneration:
• Great salary package of RM3,500 with fixed allowance and Completion Bonus ( 1.25 months)
• Contract period: 6 months

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field.
• At least two (2) year(s) of relevant working experience is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): computer literate, proficient in MS Office application and SAP System.
• Languages: English (mandatory), Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin ( Added advantage)
• Preferably executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
• Possess OWN transport
• Factory experience would be an added advantage
