Last year lawyer bank ada mintak fee untuk perfection of charge dalam 600 lebih. Pastu laywer pemaju pon mintak fee untuk convert geran ke individual dlm 1000 lebih.
Bln ni plak lawyer bank mintak lg 700 lebih untuk consent to charge. Soalan aku;

3. Pasni lawyer pemaju akan mintak fee lg ke
4. Geran nk mintak ngan sape
