process of
revising our entire network; we are planning to change the format, as

A: Hello. My name is Luuk Hendriks.

A: I am one of the admins of Compact Surfing / Compact Network / Altus

A: For now we are being run by nine people:

Q: Do you have a real office?
A: Yes we do. We welcome everyone to come visit us.

Q: Can investors visit your office, or meet with you somewhere else?
A: They can meet with a representative of Altus Financial Services,

Q: What support options do you offer?
A: We offer three phone lines, a dedicated fax number, support center,
and
e-mail. We are planning on running a ticket system in the very near
future.

Q: When did the program launch?
A: On March 4th, 2006.
Q: Why do you feel the need to have a referral incentive program?
A: It's very simple: we would like to attract more people to join our
program. We understand the advertising which our members will be doing
is going to boost our network's websites to a higher business level. The
referral program will help all these happy members to earn, while they
are
sharing their success with us and their friends.
Q: Do you use free or paid web hosting?
A: We have a very powerful dedicated server with SSL and DDOS
protection.
Q: What do you think sets your program apart from all the other
"opportunities" out there?
A: We are building a vast network of websites which offer different and
useful services. In addition, our own payment processor CompactPay will
be up in less than 30 days.
Q: What do you think about the longevity of your program?
A: We are planning to open at least two more websites to add to our
expanding network in the next couple of months. We are hopeful that we'll
stick around for quite a while. We understand that nothing is
guaranteed in this world, but through our commitment we anticipate long-term
success. We
hope to work at least a few years, allowing hundreds of thousand people
to earn from and use our services.
Q: What steps have been taken to secure members funds?
A: First, we have several server protections to prevent our account
from being hacked. We have DDOS, SSL, and the best firewalls installed on
our
dedicated server. Our funds are secured in offshore banks. We don't use
unknown, unlicensed or unproven payment processors that could bring
down our
business. (Who could forget the StormPay and EMO fiasco?)
Q: How do you generate the returns for your investors?
A: We are generating the returns from several different activities. We
are
offering many different kinds of services; we are selling many
different
kinds of products. Just check our network website at

certainly
not least: advertising.
Q: If you're involved in several business/financial activities, how is
your
portfolio structured?
A: We use the member upgrade funds to advertise, build websites and
develop different kinds of services.
Q: Have you ever had late payments?
A: No, for now everything is running smoothly. We are paying in less
than 24 hours.
Q: How large is your current capital?
A: We believe in anonymity. We don't divulge such vital information, as
we don't want the wrong people being knowledgeable of such matters.
Q: Have you established a reserve fund?
A: Yes, we have a reserve fund in place.
Q: What plans do you have for the future of your program?
A: To further develop our network. Open more websites. And of course:
to be
number one.
Q: Are you planning on closing your program to new investors at any
time?
A: We don't have any intention of closing our program to new members.

A: Don't join if you don't want to. Our goal here isn't to ask you to
join; you have to decide for yourself. It all depends on if you like our
