CARA MELAKUKAN Penarikan dana
Penarikan dana hanya tersedia bagi klien yang sudah mengunggah dokumen-dokumen pendukung dan akun sudah valid. Klien log in ke member area CommexFX untuk mengunggah dokumen-dokumen pendukung (bukti identitas dan bukti alamat) dan setelah akun trading sudah valid, klien bisa menarik dana dari akun trading.
Langkah-langkah Penarikan Dana
1. Log in ke Member Area dan klik tombol Withdrawal (Penarikan).
2. Pilih cara pembayaran yang anda inginkan.
3. Masukkan jumlah yang ingin anda tarik dan masukkan (submit) permohonan anda.
4. Jumlah yang diminta akan dipotong dari akun anda.
Untuk melindungi semua pihak dari penipuan dan untuk mematuhi peraturan DΙ144-2007-08 tahun 2012 dari Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission dan pertauran-peraturan EU terkait, CommexFX hanya akan proses penarikan/pengembalian dana kembali ke sumber deposit semula menurut.
Prosedur Prioritas Penarikan Dana:
1. Penarikan melalui kartu debit/kredit. Permohonan penarikan yang dimasukkan, terlepas dari metode penarikan yang dipilih, akan diproses melalui cara ini sampai setidaknya sejumlah dana yang didepositkan dengan cara ini.
2. Penarikan e-wallet. Penarikan/pengembalian e-wallet akan diproses setelah deposit melalui kartu debit/kredit sudah dikembalikan sepenuhnya.
3. Metode-metode lain. Metode lain seperti bank wire akan digunakan setelah deposit melalui 2 metode di atas sudah terpakai.
4. Kartu CommexFX. Permintaan untuk menarik dana dari akun trading CommexFX ke kartu CommexFX akan diproses hanya ketika deposit kartu debit/kredit (tidak termasuk kartu CommexFX) telah kembali ke asalnya.
Ini adalah tujuan kami untuk semua permintaan penarikan akan dieksekusi dengan bijak, setelah dana telah dipindahkan dari akun Anda maka penarikan ditandai dengan “menunggu” sampai uang dikirim ke bank atau lembaga keuangan Anda.
Jika klien memilih metode penarikan yang tidak benar, permohonan akan diproses menurut Proseudr Prioritas Penarikan yang diterangkan di atas.
Semua permohonan penarikan akan diproses dalam mata uang yang digunakan saat deposit. Jika mata uang yang digunakan untuk deposit berbeda dari mata uang yang ditransferkan, jumlah yang ditransferkan akan dikonversi oleh CommexFX ke mata uang yang ditransferkan di kurs yang berlaku.
