Bro, Stock hari tu dah abis LOLs...Stock ari tu 2years contract set. ..Ini 1year only so warranty only 1YEAR..Ini most probably last badge sudah...xangkat pon habis ya... )

aku penah beli maxis set dari org ni...

ceritanya mcm ni... warranty maxis mmg 2 tahun.. setahun dari maxis dan setahun lagi dari supplier maxis...
klau dalam mase setahun, hp ade prob, boleh terus tukar 1 to 1.. mmg dia akan kasi yg baru... mmg xde calar.. dieorg ckp baru, kotak pun seal lagi..
tapi klau dh lepas setahun ade problem, korang kene call supplier maxis tu, dieorg akan just baiki je phone.. xde dh tukar 1 to 1... yg ni sgt leceh..

lagi satu yg leceh, maxis nk owner sendiri yg dtg utk claim.. klau tak jgn harap la dapat claim... kecuali dengan approval letter dari owner beserta signature n salinan ic....

cubalah.. hehehe... penat wooooo....

If anythings u send back the phone they will pass it back to their distributor Brightstar and brightstar will send to apple vendor kat singapore to exchange. Xcaya? Call BRIGHTSTAR NOW? ANSWER: Ini salah nih...All the while warranty set hanya tukar Iphone and Warranty card jer...Kalo u warranty set boleh dapat kotak seal lagi, u mesti MANAGER Maxis or Brightstar nih...)

ANSWER: Ini pon salah nih...hahaha...FYI, Maxis ni hanya TELCO ..Manala dia org reti nak baiki iphone? Nokia pon dia org xbaiki la bro...hahahaha) ... Even second year, dia org akan send back to brightstar and brightstar would send back to Apple at SG lolS...

ANSWER: Bro, Whole KL we are dealing and suppling with Iphone Maxis Set since Iphone 4 generation untill now... And all our customer in KL-Klang Valley xder problems to claim from Maxis. Maybe some centre kat kawasan lain salesman maxis centre tuh suka buat hal kot.. Tapi once u call maxis customer service n complain them, they will settle for u.. Comfirm boleh claim tanpa owner. Kalo nak owner means whole KL Maxis set 80% no warranty bro... U now go Lowyat Plaza or anywhere else also selling Maxis set bro....We got supply to there too yea. If now ade siapa xcaye, cuba ambik maxis iphone 4s 32gb u esok gi Maxis centre KLCC tukar, kalo xdapat tukar i belanja makan or call i , i tolong u tukarkan. 3hari lepas baru i tukar 3bijik kat sana. On THE SPOT 1to1 EXCHANGE yea!!

But all our set is virgin and original with maxis warranty card yea..

*Those which buy online apple store set, only one place can let u claim the warranty which is at lvl 8 Times Square Apple service centre. No way for you to claim it at machine, epicentre or any other premium reseller )

FYI: We doing supply Iphone gadget to dealer around Klang valley for more than 2years . If really it cant claims, we wouldnt stand so long in this market )
