Does Signalking able to maintain a good connection on hot weather?

My situation is I'm using my brother unifi wifi access few block away from my house. During afternoon or at night but also hot. My connection is always slow, but after raining at night I got very fast connection with high speed of download, watching youtube , etc.

My question is can Signalking resist a hot weather or global warming scenario ?

By the way, I'm using Simax.
